here’s to another blog, attempting a book blog.. this would serve to keep track of the books i’ve read, sometimes my own reviews, not forgetting quotes on them & others i feel that can go in this book blog.. i love to read & back in high school, i was such a bookworm that i could even finish 2 or 3 books within a day.. growing up, of course the internet came into the picture so sadly, reading took a backseat. nyahahah. but recently sometime last year, i got back into it. & i remember the feeling, of getting lost in a good book. && its a feeling i’ve missed. :))

with reading, its something i go to whenever i wanna escape life. somehow i always feel like one of them. you know someone looking on the inside of any story i read. blah, not explaining myself clearly but you should get what i mean. heh. i work in the office from 9-6 so thats a lot of free time when there’s just absolutely nothing to do so what do i do to pass the time, i read.. & it does kills time faster. heheh.

i took on the 50 Book Challenge earlier this year, where basically you read 50 books in one whole year. its August now & already i think i’m failing. i swear it felt like i’ve read so much books so far but looking at my list, its only been 8?!? waaah. :( i gotta read more if i do still wanna finish the challenge by the end of this year.. determined to achieve this self goal of mine so i believe i can & i believe i will. :))

                                  
currently, reading Maureen Johnson’s 13 Little Blue Envelopes.. i have a feeling i can finish it soon. i love all the traveling that Ginny’s done. & when she was in London, it reminded me of the place. i miss it.. excited to know there’s gonna be a sequel to the book. :))
